Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. In such cases, we will notify you promptly via email or phone.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
International Shipping
We currently ship to select international locations. Shipping costs and delivery times for international orders will be calculated at checkout.
Please note that customs duties, taxes, and import fees may apply to international orders. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to monitor your shipment status on the courier’s website.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us immediately at elyndorabusiness@gmail.com.
- For lost items, we will work with the shipping provider to locate or replace your package.
- For damaged items, please provide photos of the damaged product and packaging to help us resolve the issue.
Shipping returns
Since the products are custom-made for you, returns are not accepted unless the product is damaged or broken.
